“Abortion: The Legal Arguments”
Mr. Thomas Harvey, Esquire

Mr. Harvey is a pro-life lawyer in Boston who has been practicing law for over 25 years. He is a former chairman of the board of Massachusetts Citizens for Life, and a former Massachusetts delegate to the National Right to Life Committee. He was also a member of the board of directors of the Catholic Lawyers’ Guild of the Archdiocese of Boston, the Pro-Life Legal Defense Fund, and A Woman’s Concern, an organization that operates pro-life pregnancy centers. In addition, he has represented pro-lifers on a pro-bono basis numerous times in both state and federal courts. He is a graduate of Tufts University and Suffolk University Law School, after which he served in the United States Navy for four years as a Judicial Advocate General. In 2008, he was awarded the Thomas More Medal presented by the Pro-Life Legal Defense Fund.
